Laxton Charity Gymkhana and Dog Show 2008

2009 continued in the same style as 2008 with a glorious day for the Gymkhana and Dog Show. There was a great turnout for both events with competitors coming from four counties. A particular feature this year was the finish of the Tuxford Young Farmers' 10 mile tractor pull. Not only did they extend the route by a mile to take in central Ollerton with it's shoppers to swell their collection for 'Look', but they also took only a few minutes to get their breath back before taking on all opposition and beating them in the tug of war. Well done to all of our great Young Farmers.
